Update On Wachovia-To-Wells Fargo Conversions

Wells Fargo has a schedule in place for the remaining states for the conversions of Wachovia branches into Wells Fargo branches. All should be completed in 2011.

• North Florida - June
• South Florida - July
• Virginia - August
• Maryland - September
• South Carolina - September
• Washington DC - September
• North Carolina - October
