Savings Rate

1st Commonwealth Bank of Virginia (1 stars)
1st Commonwealth has quietly lowered the Savings Rate to .75%.  I accidentally noticed this change on its web site.

Most banks are lowering their rates. What about their customer service? Does the bank really deserve a 1-star rating?
