American Savings Bank is offering two very competitive long-term CD rates as of 5/25/2011: 3.00% APY for 5 years and 2.75% APY for 4 years. Minimum deposit is $500.

It's a small bank with four branches in Ohio and Kentucky. However, according to this Bankaholic post, they are currently accepting out-of-state deposits. As we have seen many times, this rarely lasts long at small banks.
