Lost Title

Horrible experience!! After paying off a 4 year car loan the title was mailed to my old address even after confirming my new address while making the final payment. They then tell me they will mail a "release of lien" and that I will have to pay for a new title.  Left message after message with no return calls from customer service rep. Stay Away from these folks they are disorganized and dont follow up.
