Harmony Bank, with branches in the New Jersey towns of Jackson and Lakewood, has some pretty competitive long-term CD rates: 2.50% APY for 48 mo. CD and 3.00% APY for 60 mo. CD. Minimum deposit is $1000. Appears to be local only. Note: the bank's website is very minimalist; it doesn't even appear to offer online banking. But this could be a good deal for NJ residents, I don't think that it's branches are any farther than 90 minutes driving time from any point within the state.
