Bank's Mistake In Your Favor Can Be Costly

This is another lesson not to spend any money that a bank mistakenly deposits into your account. It's best to report it to the bank and let the money sit in the account. From CBS Los Angeles:

I don't think it's fair to put him in jail.  His behavior maybe immoral or unethical but not criminal.  By God, the woman used the wrong account and put money in the guy's account herself!  In a way, this story again shows how unwilling people in this country are to take any responsibilities for their own actions.  Mistakes have consequences, good or bad.
