Capital One Doesn't Commit To Keep ING Direct Fee Free

This New York Times Bucks Blog post has a Q&A with a Capital One spokesperson regarding their pending acquisition of ING Direct. As the post mentioned, the answers are a little worrisome:

To us, it looks like they’re at least leaving open the option of adding fees and minimum balances and subsuming the ING Direct brand altogether.
