Citi Has Bad Timing

Citi decided to update it's servers this mid-morning, for two hours, so customers will not be able to log-on to their credit card accounts. Way to go Citi. It's the first of the month, payday for most people, and many wish to pay on their accounts. And Citi wonders why people are so irritated by their business decisions and faux pas.

As usual, a claimed two hour outage just continues.  Here are Citi's responses on twitter.
