VERY VERY BAD BANK!!

I will never come back to this location again.. People who work there have no idea what they doing at all! I've been charged over $200 because guy who opened my account, forgot to mark that I need a student account..When I came back to talk to the manager, she didnâ??t even said " hello" to me.. while I been talking to her she didnâ??t even listen to me, she been playing with her computer ( and it wasnâ??t my account ) and after I finished she said that it was my fault and I have no idea how to manage my money...
But after that I came home, called customer service and they resolve my problem in 5 min.
By the way her name is [name redacted] and I have no idea how people like her working at the banks...I would NOT recommend this REGIONS location to anyone..
