Standard Bank Deals Are Not Available To Most People

Called Standard Bank for the great CD rates.

Their website, as things turned out, is misleading.  Their offerings are strictly "local only".

Trouble is, they don't bother to mention that little detail anywhere on their website . . . at least they didn't as of earlier today.

This bank does not have much "net savvy".  They don't understand about the need to post, on their website, absolutely critical information.  Annoying but, so it goes.
