Has There Been Any Word On Fort Knox Retroactive Change Of Early Withdrawal?

We've been waiting a couple months now since the regulators said they would have a decision "soon" about Fort Knox FCU's retroaction change to the early withdrawal penalty on CDs, including existing CDs. Has there been any decision yet, and if not, when do they now project to make a decision?

When I emailed my NCUA contact on May 21 asking for an update, he replied on May 27 with:

The issue is currently in the final review process. I will let you know as soon as our decision is finalized.

I sent a followup email on July 27th asking if there had been any update, but as of today, I have not received a reply. I'm not too happy about the speed of their process.
