Flagstar To Sell 22 Indiana Branches To First Financial

Flagstar continues to downsize. From the Banking Business Review:

Flagstar Bancorp will sell its 22-branch retail bank franchise in Indiana to First Financial Bancorp for a consideration equal to a 7% premium on deposits held these branches.
