Must Be Illegal

These people took thousands of dollars from my account making it overdrawn. It was their error and made my card unusable. After spending hours on the phone with them, they told me that they will return the money NEXT WEDNESDAY! I have no way to pay my bills, feed my family or even put gas in the car and the customer service manager had the nerve to tell me "it's next week, only a few days." HOW CAN THEY JUST STEAL MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT AND GIVE IT BACK WHEN IT CONVEINIENT FOR THEM??? That is THEFT and has to be illegal!
