This statement is completely opposite to my own experience with my local Citizens bank branches in upstate NY. Very nice and friendly people that know my name and go out of their way to accommodate my needs, even if it means that they have to stay and work for 20 minutes after they are actually closed. Show me where they have a policy to charge any fee for cashing a check? Baloney!
I read lots of reviews and see lots of businesses that are running bed, THE WORST EVER IS CITIZEN BANK, WATERBURY,CT.....
the employees are rude, BANK POLICY SUCKS, THEY ARE CHARGING $7.00 TO CASH A CHECK (THERE OWN CHECK), you belive that, they are charging you doing there job
