Lake Michigan Credit Union Lowers Max Checking Rate From 4% To 3%

I was applying at Lake Michigan Credit Union  for their Rewards Checking called Max Checking and on the application it showed the interest rate has been lowersed Max Checking rate from 4% to 3% effective 10/1/11.
