Horrible Management... Thieves.
OmniAmerican Bank (1 stars)Horrible people all around. I had overdrawn acct by .17 cents... $35 overdraft fee. Would not remove it for ANYTHING. Been a customer for over 10 years and only had 1 other draft fee removed years ago. Lady was a B about it.
My mom banks w/Frost and had 8 overdraft fees. She called them and asked if they could help her because she's having a hard time financially. They saw she had been a customer for a long time and revoed SEVEN of the EIGHT fees. That's a bank that cares.
Omni is only in it to take your money. They're worse than Bank of America... that's bad. ( I should know, I have BOA now.)
