One thing not mentioned in the Bucks blog post is that this is a reward checking account although the interest rate is disappointing. You can qualify for 1.00% APY if you meet monthly requirements including 15 debit card purchases. There doesn't appear to be a balance cap.
Another nice thing to note about Bethpage is that they are part of the shared branch network and the Co-Op ATM network.
