Rate Will Drop To 3.25% On 11/1/11

Went in to open an account today and was politely informed that the rates are currently 4% but will drop to 3.25% on 11/1/2011. Appreciate their honesty!

Another 4% club members gone; nine left from Ken's 4% List ( with at least $25K limit).

Two from TX, two from OK, two from MO, and one each from IL, LA, and OH.
