CD Increase

US Bank has raised the rate on their special 59-month CD, 2.00% to 2.25%. It looks like you can apply on-line. $1000 minimum to open but beware the harsh early withdrawal penalty. Also, from personal experience, the phone CSRs are not all that knowledgeable. But, hey a quarter point increase...that never happens.
