In the rate tables the bank is listed as "Resource Bank (A Nat'l Bank)", however the Extreme Green RCA can only be opened in person with appropriate ID.

It is an excellent deal ($25K cap, 12 debit card transactions, bill pay/direct deposit, Estatements) for someone who can meet the in-person requirement. According to a very helpful CSR, the 4.09%APY has not changed since the product was introduced in April 2009.

Thanks for the post. The name of the bank actually includes "A National Bank". Based on its charter, it's considered a national bank. This does not have any relationship to availability.
