Preferred Banking Methods - Mobile Banking Overhyped?

I found this infograhic interesting. It shows a big jump in internet banking over branch-based banking as the preferred banking method.

Another surprise is a big drop in mobile banking. I haven't seen the appeal of mobile banking. I suppose it may grow significantly if people start using their smart phones in place of any time on their laptops or PCs.
