ING Direct's Electric Orange Rates Fall

ING Direct just cut the top two rates of its Electric Orange checking account by 10 basis points:

• 1.00% APY over $100K (was 1.10%)
• 0.95% APY $50K to $100K (was 1.05%)
• 0.20% APY under $50K (same as before)

The Orange Savings account rate remains at 0.90%.
