* CHANGE IN TERMS EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2011 *

CHANGES TO DEPOSIT ACCOUNT FEE SCHEDULES

On December 1, 2011 the following Deposit Account Fees for customer assistance and research will increase:

"Account Activity Printout" - Increase to $2.50 per printout,

"Account Research" - Increase to $22 per hour (one hour minimum)

"Account Balancing Assistance" - Increase to $22 per hour (one hour minimum) ;

"Statement Printout" - Increase to $10 per statement printout,

"Statement Printout without Images" - Increase to $5 per statement printout.
