Very Rude Customer Service

Stay far away from this bank. They have the worst, and the rudest customer service i have ever dealt with. It is really not worth the hassle of dealing with these people.

I’m surprised.  Having dealt with their service reps in the past, the experience has always been great.  You should give it another try.

Not rude, but bull-headed. Example: A 10 yr CD funded by ACH in 24 hours. Interest posted the first month was two days short. When questioned the CSR stated that all transfer of funds require three (3) business days to complete regardless of posting status, effectively reducing 3.20% APY to 3.18% the first year; trivial at ten.

In a ZIRP era savers with few options often encounter banks discarding standard practice, common sense and/or courtesy. iGObanking is a quasi-offender.
