from (4.07%, $25K) to (3.5%, $25K), effective 1/1/12.  Another 4% club member bails out (four left).

#1, #3, and #5 are no longer at (4%, $25K).  Communications FCU bailed out of RCA completely.

Graceful drop for EGE IMHO.

Three 4% left, for the record... #7 Home Federal reduced limit from $25K to $20K, still 4% though.
