Big Banks Struggle To Help Customers On Twitter
Have you tried to get customer support from a bank via Twitter? If you haven't, there probably isn't a reason to start. This NYT Bucks blog post reports on a study that shows the issues of Twitter being used for customer support:
The analysis found that over all, the banks did not do a great job of resolving complaints via Twitter during the study period.
