Worst Of The Lot!

Horrible! There is never anyone who is willing to talk to you about issues that they have created, when you really need it. Problems often take weeks to resolve at the expense of the customer (us). When the tables are turned they expect you to jump through whatever hoops they decide are relevant and expect you to do it IMMEADEATELY! Customer service is a joke with this company. They will leave you feeling completely defenseless.

Agree, Bank of America is terrible. They've grown too big and uncaring, treating you like a number, not a person, once you have a problem. Everything can be fine at first, but if there is a problem, they are the most callous, uncaring, rude bank. My friend warned me about them and I didn't believe him until BoA made a mistake on my account, which was THEIR fault, not mine. It took me perhaps 40 hours to straighten it out, writing to the executive offices in NC, getting refunded from them, but it still wasn't worth all the aggravation.

Many people bank there because they are convenient with a huge nationwide ATM network, but biggest is not necessarily best overall. There are thousands of alternatives than this evil empire. It's simply that they've grown to be too big, impersonal, and uncaring.
