Users Of Citibank Bill-Pay Charged Twice
According to this New York Times article, a technical bug in Citi's new iPad application caused Citi to double the charge for customer payments in recent months, although other mobile apps and the broader online bill payment system were not affected. However, a few clients who were charged twice insist they did not use an iPad to pay bills.
