We're sorry you were disappointed with your experience. Obviously with this type of anonymous post, I don’t know the specifics of your situation and can only respond to the comments you made directly. While I realize we are not perfect, we strive to make every member experience the best it can be. As a member-owned financial cooperative, our members are number one.
