Capital One Says ING Direct Won't Change With Purchase

The Huffington Post has an article stating that, "Capital One Says ING Direct Won't Change With Purchase", as mentioned here: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/02/16/capital-one-ing-direct-purchase_n_1279769.html?ref=mostpopular.

Capital One is quoted saying, "Account servicing and functionality will remain the same"...but no mention of whether that ING Direct name and it's reputable color will stick. Will this become Capital One Direct? Will current ING customers have access to Cap1 ATM's for depositing?

I've read that Capital One must relinquish the ING Direct brand within one year of the acquisition. That will probably also mean a change in colors. ING Direct's parent ING still operates banks in other countries, so that's the reason names and logos will need to be changed.
