Thanks for the update. Sorry to see the rate cuts.

Is anyone else having problems accessing DiscoverBank.com with FireFox?

It appears they have updated their website, and it doesn't work well with FireFox or with Chrome. Most of the page won't show. It only shows up for me when I use Internet Explorer.

Yes Ken. Using Firefox the page won't completely load for me either.

I am having the same problem with Firefox and have been told two different things.  The first CSR told me that they are aware of the issue and it will be fixed.  The second told me that they are migrating all on-line activity to discover.com and that I should use that.  The second does not make a whole lot of sense since they just updated the discoverbank.com home page.  BTW--discover.com does work with Firefox and you can access banking from that site.

Their new web site problems are really disappointing.  It's been four days and they still haven't fixed the Firefox browser issue.  How could a company like Discover not fully test a new web site, before taking it live?  As mentioned in post 3, you can log in at the discover.com home page.  But even from there, when you click "go to Discover Bank" Firefox stops working.

I sent a message through the website complaining about this.  Here is their response:

In an effort to provide you the best service possible, I have escalated this issue to the appropriate parties in our company for further assistance. We will respond as soon as we have any additional information concerning this matter, usually within two to three business days. Thank you for your patience.

I won't hold my breath.

Update:  The web site appears to be fixed!  The original link (discoverbank.com) is now working with Firefox.  The links from "discover.com" to the banking site now also work.
