Infographic On The Future Of ATMs
Have your cut your use of cash in recent years? According to this infographic, U.S. cash growth has averaged over 3% over the last 5 years and the growth is expected to continue. That should translate in continued growth in ATM transactions.
I don't know about this. I've been using less cash in recent years. I'll use my debit card (for reward checking requirements) and my credit cards (for large purchases and online purchases) for as many transactions as possible.
However, I have to admit that the last time I was at Walmart, there was a big line in front of the MoneyCenter. I suppose all of the unbanked people probably live mostly on cash.
