Cannot Login And Formatting Has Disappeared

Ken, I am having trouble accessing the site, as the formatting and style has disappeared and there is no way to logon.  I notice others have been posting, so I thought perhaps the problem was isolated to me.  However, I have had 2 friends try to access the site and they are reporting the same problems. 

For example:  what I see is a vertical bulleted list:

Deposit accounts

Blog

Forum

Banks

Savings accounts

etc

instead of:  Blog   Forum   Banks    Savings accounts    etc
