How To Protect Yourself Post-Security Breach

As was reported earlier in the forum, the card processor, Global Payments, has reported that hackers may have stole up to 1.5 million credit card numbers. This US News article lists some ways to protect yourself from this and any future credit card fraud issues. One strategy to help is to keep a close eye on your accounts especially for mysterious small purchases:
Hackers sometime make “test” purchases before bigger ones to see if they can get away with it. Be on the lookout for any charges, big or small, that you didn’t make.
