As is typical with KeyBank, you have to be a resident of one of the states where they have branches: Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Utah, Vermont, and Washington

Here's a summary of what is required to receive 50,000 KeyBank Relationship Rewards bonus points:

• Open a new qualifying KeyBank Checking Account using offer code MASS0412 and enroll in the KeyBank Relationship RewardsSM Program by 6/1/12 and
• Make three direct deposits each of $500 or more within three months of account opening plus
• Make at least ten payments and/or purchases per month for the first three months from your new account
