I fully agree with your assessment of the said credit union. It has been my exprience with this credit union and I decided to stay as far as possible from this horrific outfit.
Please note that if one compalins to their management; their management simply protects their employees and behaves as a non-customer-centric organization.
And the entire Communications FCU behaves exactly the same way. You would think that you are in the 1920s with this organization and people are just the worst kind -- suspicious on every customer without justification.
Yes, please run away from this credit union ASAP.:D
