Problems With Online Bill Paying At Big Banks

A technical glitch interrupted online bill payment services at at least two big banks this week.

Customers at Bank of America and SunTrust reported problems using the banks’ bill payment functions beginning Monday and lasting until Wednesday morning, until service was fully restored.
