Money Market Rate Special At A DC Metro Bank

I noticed First Virginia Community Bank is adveritising this money market account special on the rotating image on its front page as of 5/28/2012. The bank is guaranteeing a 1.01% APY on balances from $100K to $2.5M on its 1st Advantage Money Market Account until 9/30/2012. Balances up to $50K earn 0.50% and balances from $50K to $100K earn 0.75%.

One downside is an active checking is required with at least 5 debit card transactions per month.
