Members Fight To Win Vote Against Credit Union Conversion

This is an interesting case of two members of Technology Credit Union trying to stop their credit union from converting into a mutual bank. From the Credit Union Times:

Two members of the 69,000-member Technology Credit Union have notified the credit union that they will assert their right under the NCUA's charter conversion procedures to have the credit union email their arguments against the proposed conversion to other members.

An instance where a "few" (two) are trying to speak up for the many. Wouldn't it be something if they actually were able to stop the credit union's change over to a bank. Whether one agrees with them or not, more power to them for speaking up!
