Thank you very much for this Ken! I have been looking for a post regarding this since I learned about the investment scams who are taking advantage of baby boomers or those people who are panicking and constantly worrying about securing their financial future. I really think that the best way to prevent credit scams and investment scams such as these is to be suspicious, especially if they promise unrealistic profits. Before you invest your savings and get in a contract with a broker, make sure that you review his/her credentials first and search for the licenses. Always check on your investments with your broker and record the details of your transactions.
