ACH Bank-to-Bank Transfer Details by Bank

Monday, March 29, 2010 - 7:42 AM
The ACH bank-to-bank transfer service is one of the most important features for an online bank, and unfortunately, most banks don't clearly list important details such as transfer maximums, number of link accounts allowed, fees and the time it takes for the transfers. This Fatwallet thread has a useful table with these details from many of the popular online banks and also a few of the big banks like Bank of America and Chase. It's interesting to note that these big banks typically charge a fee for outgoing transfers.
