Ally Bank Cuts 1-year CD Yield

Ally's 12-month CD yield has fallen from 1.69% to 1.65% APY. At least they kept the 3.15% APY for the 60-month CD. As I described in this Ally review post, the early withdrawal penalty for all Ally CDs is a very mild 60 days of interest.
