The flyerguide resource is quite informative. Thank you for the post and the link! Incidentally, I can confirm what it says about Charles Schwab Bank not always automatically reimbursing ATM-owner fees in foreign countries (in my case, when I used my Schwab Bank debit card in Canada). After waiting about two months, I called and was told by the CSR that the CAN $1.50 fee would be reimbursed, but no credit to my account ever materialized.
