Bank Failure #67 & #68 in Arizona & California

Another two small banks failed today: Towne Bank of Arizona, Mesa, AZ and 1st Pacific Bank of California, San Diego, CA. The FDIC was able to find buyers for both, and the buyers agreed to assume all deposits. That brings today's failure total to four banks as of 7:25pm CDT.
