Bank Failure #79 and #80 in Mississippi and Illinois

As of 5:15pm CDT, two small banks have failed: First National Bank, Rosedale, Mississippi and Arcola Homestead Savings Bank, Arcola, Illinois. The FDIC wasn't able to find a buyer for Arcola Homestead Savings.  Thus, the FDIC will be mailing checks to depositors.
