Banks with a History of Top Rates

On Thursday I reviewed the NYT Bucks blog which listed Bankrate's consistent rate leaders. MyMoneyBlog also has a review of this, and he listed the current rates of those banks that Bankrate considered rate leaders for 8 out of 8 quarters.

In my review I updated my short list of rate leaders that I've been tracking for the last year. As I mentioned, only one is still a rate leader (Alliant Credit Union). I'm now in the process of coming up with a new list. If you have recommendations, please leave a comment in that post.
