Best Cash-Back Credit Card in America?

According to ClarkHoward it has been a battle between Charles Schwab and Fidelity which had both offered an unlimited 2% cash back credit card. However, Schwab is no longer offering this 2% card.

One top cash-back credit card that Clark didn't mention is PenFed's Visa Platinum Reward Card. PenFed now has some competition in reward credit cards. Fort Knox FCU is offering a very similar credit card with a higher cash-back on non-gas and non-grocery purchases.
