Best Nationwide 6-Month CD Rates - Worthwhile?

It's hard to believe that a 1.50% APY is a top 6-month CD rate. That is in fact the top 6-month rate at our 6-month CD rate table. Both Connexus Credit Union and RiverLand FCU are offering this rate as of 5/06/2010. The best rate offered by an internet bank is only 1.25% APY at Discover Bank. With rates this low, I don't see any significant advantage over online savings accounts.
