Centennial Bank, Ogden, Utah was Closed by Regulators - No Buyer Found

From the FDIC press release

The FDIC was unable to find another financial institution to take over the banking operations of Centennial Bank. As a result, checks to the retail depositors for their insured funds will be mailed on Monday.

This is the bank that operated CBDirect.com which had been offering a reward checking account with a 3.00% APY on all balances.
