Citibank 5% Cash Back Debit Card Promotion

A Citibank checking account promo was mentioned in this FW thread in which you can get 5% cash back (up to $500) when using your debit card through 11/30/2010. Note, Citigold checking is required for $500 cash back. The monthly fees are hard to avoid. The EZ Checking only qualifies for $250 cash back, but it's easier to avoid monthly fees.
